2024 Spring Meeting
The LA/MS annual bistate meeting is slated for March 25 - 27, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Resort Management Center in Biloxi, MS. Please start planning your trip; registration will begin soon!
We will have a dynamic program for continuing education, a Student Bowl competition, Vendor Exhibits, a Career Fair event, plus networking with other laboratorians and industry leaders.

For Career Fair registration click on the button below. The registration fee of $300 provides a display table, 2 chairs, and a listing in our Event Program. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Space with electric service if further limited. Deadline for application is Monday, February 26, 2024.
For the Vendor/Exhibitor Fair registration click on the button below. The registration for Vender Expo is $500 for a single booth or $800 for a double booth. The Vendor/Exhibitor Fair will be March 26-27. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your company to the conference participants during the event.
We are soliciting speakers for our conference at this time. If you have a topic in mind and would like to volunteer a presentation, please consider submitting the speaker form. We would love to have your ideas!
